Where You'll Stay
Carefully chosen for an unforgettable stay

AutoCamp Sonoma sits tucked into the redwoods of the Russian River Valley, just outside Guerneville. Your home for the weekend is a beautifully designed Airstream suite surrounded by towering trees — the kind of place that feels completely removed from everyday life in the best possible way. Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
The Itinerary
Join Amanda in front of her Airstream for one of her Charcuterie and Crudites boards and a signature cocktail-or alcohol-free mocktail as well- plus some homemade snacks from the chef herself. We’ll get to know each other before wandering over to Chef Crista’s beloved restaurant Boon for a four-course meal.
The group heads to Boon, Chef Crista Luedtke's legendary restaurant in the heart of Guerneville and one of the Russian River Valley's most beloved tables. This is a sit-back-and-savor evening — no prep, no plans, just exceptional local food in a warm, unfussy setting. Chef Crista's cooking is rooted in the region: seasonal, ingredient-driven, and full of the flavors that made Boon a Wine Country institution. With Amanda and Crista alongside you, it's the perfect way to settle in and kick off the weekend together.
After the dinner, no one wants the night to end. The firepits are there for exactly that reason. No schedule, no agenda — just the group, the fire, and the redwoods.
AutoCamp provides complimentary granola and coffee each morning. A slow, grounding start before the day's activities — take in the redwoods, journal, or breathe before the group gathers.
Start the day with an outdoor yoga session right on the AutoCamp property, under the canopy and surrounded by the redwood trees. It's a grounding, unhurried way to wake up before a full day ahead — not a workout, just a really good way to start the morning. End with a sound bath for a energetic cleanse to start your day.
Perched on a ridge along Westside Road in the Russian River Valley, Gary Farrell offers sweeping panoramic views of the valley below — and some of the most elegant Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in Sonoma County. This is a seated, curated tasting experience in one of Wine Country's most beautiful settings. Whether you're a serious wine person or just along for the views and the vibe, it's a genuinely special afternoon
Korbel has been a Russian River Valley institution for over 135 years, and it's worth a stop for more than just the wine. Grab something from the deli — genuinely great sandwiches, salads, and coffee — and sit outside on the patio overlooking the vineyards. Wander the historic grounds, pop into the wine shop, or if you're feeling it, do a quick tasting or cellar tour. The afternoon is completely yours. No agenda.
Dinner under the stars, prepared by Chef Amanda, with a menu drawing inspiration from her cookbook "Homemade Simple." Depending on the setting, Amanda may invite guests to join in and lend a hand as she cooks — a relaxed, optional way to get a feel for her approach to food, which is all about keeping things fresh, approachable, and fun. Then the group sits down together to enjoy the meal out under the open sky. You'll each receive your own copy of "Homemade Simple" to take home and recreate the weekend in your own kitchen. A signature cocktail — or an alcohol-free option — will be offered alongside.
After dinner, Amanda leads the group through a campfire dessert experience that is decidedly not your average s'more situation. Think seasonal fruit, dark chocolate, and whatever she decides to make that evening. It's one of those moments that sounds simple but ends up being a highlight of the trip.
The sky comes alive at night at AutoCamp, without much light pollution to interrupt your view of the stars and planets. Dan from Night Sky Adventures will set up his telescope in the AutoCamp parking lot, which offers the best view on the property of the night sky. His expertise will guide you as he points outs the highlights. A genuinely peaceful close to the first day.
Chef Crista Luedtke joins the group for a farewell breakfast prepared by Amanda and inspired by both Crista’s and Amanda’s cooking — a relaxed, delicious final morning together before checkout. It’s also your chance to ask Crista and Amanda anything about their careers in the food world: from Crista’s life running restaurants (plus a hotel and spa!), her frequent Food Network appearances, cooking at high-profile celebrity chef events, and leading culinary tours around the world, to Amanda’s cookbooks (her fifth arrives in April), her media company focused on women’s health and wellness through midlife, her global wellness and culinary retreats, emceeing culinary events, and cooking alongside some of the biggest names in the culinary world. And more!
If you have extra time, close out the weekend at the Gravenstein Apple Fair — a laid-back afternoon of live music, local cider and wine, farm-to-table food, and apple everything, under the oaks in Sebastopol. Wander, graze, and toast the trip.
